The Punta Aderci – Don Venanzio trail, mainly for mountain bikes, connects the Punta Aderci Reserve with the Don Venanzio Forest Reserve, is about 17 km long and is a light dirt-asphalt mixed trail. It was designed and built to connect two valuable natural areas, but it is not for the exclusive use of hikers and cyclists so many of the sections must be crossed while paying attention to passing vehicles. <\/p>\n

For those who love to immerse themselves in nature, hiking along the coastal trails of the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve is a true adventure. Paths leading to remote beaches, scenic viewpoints and natural treasures make hiking a unique way to discover the area’s rich biodiversity. The trail through the entire Reserve is about 6 km from the east entrance on
Punta Penna Beach to the west entrance on the Sinello River.
The initial section (about 2 km long) crosses the backdune and continues on the shoreline
going up steps to the headland.<\/p>

Horseback Rides:<\/strong><\/p>

For a more peaceful and romantic experience, horseback riding offers a unique way to explore Punta Aderci. The Jack O’Neil Riding School, together with Maiellando<\/a>, organize guided horseback rides throughout the reserve. This is a different but safe way to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the reserve. Visitors will then be able to ride through seascapes and hillsides, capturing the beauty of the Abruzzo coast from a whole new perspective.
